Upon receipt of the adoption pack, please activate your adoption using the activation card to receive a personalised certificate and quarterly newsletters by post or email. |

| On placing your order a voucher will be issued valid for 10 months. Your recipient will need to call WWF with the number provided on the voucher in order to request the delivery of their adoption pack, which may take up to 7 working days to arrive from when it is requested. |
