| Western Working Day Experience |
| A morning in the stables with your steed before an afternoon on the hack (Hampshire) |
|
|
| A great opportunity to learn more about these magnificent horses and receive a lesson in Western riding - very different to the European style. Learn how to groom, tack up and get to know your mount so that you both can enjoy your day together as you take a Western Riding Lesson and join a Western Trail through the New Forest National Park. This day is perfect for those who love horses and want to learn more about their care as well as riding. Also included is a BBQ lunch for the rider and plenty of hay for the trusty steed. |

On the day |
| Start with a coffee and a chat with the trail leaders before meeting your trusty steed for the day. Learn how to 'groom' and 'tack up' before your lesson in Western riding. After a hearty BBQ lunch it's time to saddle up for your Western trail into the stunning New Forest. Ride amongst the wild forest ponies and maybe even catch a glimpse deer before returning to the ranch for coffee. There are up to 12 riders in a group and the trail will be at a slow walk and jog pace, leaving you time to take in the picturesque scenery of the New Forest. |
