| A one day course, perfect for beginners who are looking for an introduction to this amazing sport |

| These days are excellent as an introduction to sailing without any of the pressures of completing a certification course. There is no set syllabus but your skipper will take you through the basics of sailing including putting up the sails, using the engine, point of sail and manoeuvring, anchoring and general safety. Available on weekends throughout the year, it's an easy way to get an idea of what this unique sport has to offer. |

| On the day |
| This itinerary is a guide only, actual timings will depend on weather, crew competencies etc. Generally you will arrive at the marina at around 9.30am. You will have a safety briefing, before taking to the water. Instruction during the day will cover the basics of sailing. Lunch is included in this experience. Your experience will end at around 4.30pm. |

| On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to contact the operator to book a date for your experience. This experience is available on either the Saturday or the Sunday of the second weekend of each month. It lasts one day. Voucher pricing is based on a high season (May - Sept) booking and no refunds are possible for bookings made at other times of the year. Additional items such as insurance and waterproof hire (if required) need to be paid for at point of booking |
