On the day |
| This experience lasts one hour and fifteen minutes. It will involve a warm-up session designed to release tension, relax the body and settle the mind. The exercises that follow are performed to your own individual ability, paying attention to the body's signals and working always within your capacity. Finally a relaxation completes the session so that the benefits of the practice can be fully assimilated. The result is a feeling of peace and regeneration. |

Other Information |
| On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to book a time for your session. This session is for one person. Minimum age is 18 but there is no upper limit. You may choose from a Yoga session or a Pilates session. Please inform the operator which you would like when you call to book your time. You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing. You can enjoy Yoga if you are pregnant. There are no real health restrictions as your session will be tailored to suit your abilities. |
