The pack contains a registration card for you to complete and send off with the name for registration. Please note that due to the personalised nature of this product, once purchased it cannot be refunded or exchanged. |

On placing your order, the gift will be dispatched to the address of your choice within 2-4 working days. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date. A personal message can be entered to be displayed on the accompanying letter.
