| A full day combining mechanised and infantry skills (Essex) |

| A great chance to find out what is expected of the modern soldier on today's battlefield. You will spend the morning in the Virtual Soldier Close Quarter Battle Area learning close action infantry skills in a series of true life combat manoeuvres. At lunchtime you will get the chance to appreciate the delights of the 24 hour ration pack, and the afternoon will be spent learning to drive a unique selection of military vehicles including an Armoured Personnel Carrier and a Bedford Army Lorry. |

On the day |
| On arrival at the venue you will meet your instructors and receive a full safety briefing. You will then be issued with full DPM coveralls and helmet which must be worn at all times. You will spend around three hours in the morning in the Virtual Soldier Close Quarter Battle Area. Lunch is provided (ration pack). In the afternoon you will spend around three hours with the mobility troop. This experience will last around seven hours in total. |

Other Information |
| On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to book a day for your experience. Minimum age is 17. Participants must have a full UK driving licence which may need to be presented on the day. There will be other people on this experience with you. |
