| On arrival at the health club you and a friend are free to make full use of the extensive facilities on offer for one day. Facilities include gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. You will also receive complimentary use of towels at some venues. Please note that lunch is not included in the price. This pass gives the opportunity to join the Leisure Club and pay no membership joining fee if sign up is completed upon the day of your visit. You must present your voucher to the Leisure Associate upon arrival. Advanced appointments are required and facilities may vary so please confirm with your chosen hotel on booking. Please note that there is a £10 supplement to use this voucher at the London County Hall. |

| Your voucher is valid for ten months and is valid for two people. You must book at least 28 days in advance. Minimum age of participants is 16 years. Advanced appointments are required and facilities may vary so please confirm with your chosen hotel on booking. Individual Leisure Club terms and conditions will apply. To redeem your voucher please call the Marriott leisure booking line detailed above and quote that you have a Marriot Health Club Day Pass for two. Participating properties are subject to change. The enclosed voucher remains property of GiftaSmile Ltd and must be presented to the Leisure Club as payment on arrival. |
