| Choose your preferred location from the list attached, register with your chosen balloon operator and advise them of your weekday morning availability. The operator will then contact you when there is a promising weather forecast, and a morning flight is being arranged for your preferred day, to see if you are available. Call for a final weather check the evening prior to your morning flight to ensure the weather is suitable, and be sure to arrive in plenty of time for your flight. Your itinerary starts just after dawn at which time you will be invited to help prepare the balloon for flight with the rest of the guests. Flights last about an hour, the whole experience lasts around three and a half hours. |

| On purchasing this experience you will be sent an open dated gift voucher with 10 months validity. This experience is available for Monday to Friday morning flights only (excluding bank holidays) throughout the season subject to availability. You will be bound by the terms and conditions of the operator. Maximum weight of participants is 16 stone. You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You must obey all requests and instructions issued by the operators representative and take particular care to abide by any safety instructions given. Minimum ages vary with supplier. Please contact if you wish us to check a minimum age for you. You must be 4 foot 6 inches or taller to participate in this experience. Flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient passengers booked. If the operator is unable to fly on your first booked date your flight is moved forward to the next mutually convenient date. For these reasons we cannot guarantee flights on specific dates. Most importantly there must be wind speeds of less than 10 mph, reasonable visibility, a stable atmosphere and no rain or snow. Old flat weatherproof shoes or walking boots and comfortable casual walking clothing suitable to the appropriate time of year are recommended as you will take off and land in a field. It is recommended that other garments should be made from natural as opposed to man made fabrics. Ladies are advised to wear trousers. All flights are civil aviation authority certified and regulated. Cameras and videos are welcome so bring plenty of film The season runs from March to October. |
