| Owned and run by French chef and baker, Richard Bertinet, The Bertinet Kitchen offers a range of relaxed and fun courses for food lovers of all abilities. Based on Richard's award winning book 'Dough', this bread-making course gives a fascinating insight into one of our best loved foods and Richard's unique techniques. There is no kneading or knocking back just a lifting and folding technique that will enable you to create delicious light airy breads such as fougasse and focaccia at home. |

| On booking you must choose a course from selected available dates. Each class begins at 10am, includes tuition and hands-on participation, as well as lunch with wine. | On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. Minimum age is 18. You do not have to have any prior knowledge to attend these classes. |
